1. Client Account
By opening and maintaining an account with Vertexcore Capital (the “Platform”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to update your profile promptly if any information changes.
Each client is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts without prior written authorization may result in suspension, freeze, or permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of promotional benefits.
2. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals must follow the instructions published on the Platform. You are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses, network selections, bank details, and beneficiary information.
Transactions sent to incorrect addresses, unsupported networks, or third-party accounts may be irreversible. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from user error, incompatible networks, or blockchain finality. Withdrawals may be subject to security reviews, KYC verification, network fees, and processing times disclosed at the time of request.
3. Site Responsibilities
We strive to provide a secure, reliable investment experience and to protect Platform integrity through monitoring, risk controls, and operational diligence. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable, including for maintenance, security, legal, or commercial reasons.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes personalized investment, legal, or tax advice.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and Platform rules; to use your account only for lawful purposes; and to refrain from fraud, market abuse, unauthorized access attempts, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that could harm the Platform or other clients.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, devices, and authentication factors. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or compromise of your account.
5. Security & Privacy
To protect accounts and prevent fraud, we may collect technical and usage data including IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies, session metadata, geolocation derived from IP, and security logs. This information is used for authentication, compliance, service improvement, and risk management.
We implement industry-appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures. However, no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. You acknowledge residual cybersecurity risks inherent to internet services and digital assets.
6. Compliance
All clients must comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), sanctions, and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. We may request identity documents, proof of address, source-of-funds information, or other verification materials at any time.
Failure to complete verification, or providing false or incomplete information, may result in restriction of deposits, investments, withdrawals, or account closure, and may be reported to competent authorities where required by law.
7. Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor for suspicious activity, identity misuse, payment fraud, and policy evasion. We reserve the right to delay, reverse (where technically and legally possible), or refuse transactions; to freeze accounts; and to cooperate with law enforcement when we reasonably believe fraud or illegal activity is occurring.
By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Client Account Agreement, as updated from time to time and posted on the Platform.
